About the position
As a customer host, you will meet customers in the reception and car hall, handle bookings, and follow up with customers. You will work at two different locations, Smista and Stäket, but will also assist at events. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that the cars in the hall are in order and that the lounge looks inviting. You will assist all departments; car sales, spare parts, rental cars, as well as service and repair workshops with various tasks. The job also includes helping the salespeople with different tasks and organizing test drives. Some administrative tasks will also be included.

What we expect from you
We see that you have previous experience in the service industry and that you find it most enjoyable to meet customers in your work. A driver's license (B) and a high school education are required. It is important that you always provide service at the highest level and make all our customers feel welcome.

Other
The position is a part-time hourly employment, with shifts between 07:00 and 18:00. Weekend work may occur, and placement is at Bilia's facilities in Smista and Stäket. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the recruiting manager.
